Pain philosophy
Management of comfort is central to all our Treatment Plans for both surgical and medical patients.
Our Chief of Nursing staff, Nurse Kelly, has ensured the patient hospital care experience is second to none. At the same time we recognise the power of love and the home environment for mitigating pain and accelerating recovery - we encourage Owners to visit their pet in hospital and we try to discharge home as soon as possible

We practice Contextual Care.
This takes into account the unique circumstances of pet and owner. Included are age and stage, environment, personal beliefs as well as financial situations. We believe this allows us to provide the best care for each individual within a sustainable and viable veterinary environment.
