Vicki is living out a lifetime love affair with animals. A vegetarian since the age of five, Vicki has lead a colourful life. She comes from a family that bred and raced horses, has trained as an apprentice jockey, was a stunt horse rider on a Hollywood movie and ran a horse trekking operation for five years. Vicki presently runs a horse charity called "Spirit of Equus", that recovers and rehabilitates unwanted, retired and neglected horse and has a menagerie of her own, consisting of numerous horses and ponies, a donkey, two dogs, two cats and a rabbit. A mother of two beautiful girls, Vicki works at Remarkable Vets as a part time veterinary nurse.
